Appointment Start Times:

Sessions at Roam Bodyworks are scheduled on structured start times on odd-hours: 9, 11, 1, 3, and 5 (for standard office days). You may occasionally see a half-hour start time (2:30...). This happens when a longer session has already been booked prior and has shifted the day’s flow — therefore you may book that "off " time because it was all that was left for you to book.

When booking far in advance, MassageBook’s scheduling limitations may display additional start times — like 10, 12, 2, or 4. Please do not book these and keep to the rules above.

At the end of the day: no one is guaranteed the start time they see on the calendar. I optimize my schedule to fit my practice, and all minor adjustments will be communicated through the automated system reminders via email/text far in advance to your appointment date. It's rare that I need to shift start times but it does happen from time to time.

⸻

Booking & Payment

• All appointments are reserved through the online booking system
• A valid card on file is required to book (Click save card on file when booking)
• All sessions are paid prior to start time (including cash and gift cards)
• Sunday appointments are offered at a 20% increased rate (gratuity included). Monday-Saturday we are non-gratuity. You will see two prices for each time frame- the higher rte is the Sunday rate.

• DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS FOR OTHERS. Each client must book under their own account (no matter the occasion/circumstance)

• Clients may have multiple credits cards added to their account. If you would like to pay for their session they may add your card to their account OR you can purachase an E-gift card directly from our website.

• When creating your account please make sure your contact info is correct. It's imperative that I be able to contact you/send intake forms and that you receive appointment confirmations. Also please make sure you use one email/ one account to avoid duplicate accounts. Having duplicate accounts creates confusion all around.

⸻

Before Your Appointment

• A one-time intake form will be sent to your email after booking (check spam) and must be completed 24 hours in advance of arrival. The intake form will be sent to the email you put on file a few days advance to your appointment.
• Future visits will not require additional forms

⸻

Arrival & Studio Etiquette

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early (restroom/payment/session plan)
• Late arrivals will shorten your session
• Keep voices low in common areas—sessions may be in progress
• Shoes are removed before entering the studio

⸻

Booking/ Cancellations/ Re-Schedules

• Clients are responsible for booking, cancelling and re-scheduling their own appointments ONLINE. This is why we have a booking system.
• Cancellations in less that 48-hrs prior to your appointment will be charged in full. If you need to cancel within this time frame the system will not allow you to cancel on your own, thus you will need to make contact in order to cancel.

⸻

Booking Same-Day

If a same-day appointment appears, it is available to book immediately. Complete your intake form immediately to avoid delays if this is your first time bokoing with us.

Appreciation
If you found my practice via the MassageBook.com directory please navigate to the external link below to book with me. (It's still via Massagebook and will look exactly the same- it's just a different type of link.) Therefore I won't get charged twice for a service I already pay them for. If you got here from my website roambodyworks.com then don't worry you're already in the right place.
