Michelle became an Advanced Orthopedic Medical Bodyworker (2006) after a career ending head trauma, neck & lower back injury, in the fire department. Her passion and education started while rehabilitating her own herniated discs (C3-6) & scoliosis (w/o surgery she would be a quadriplegic per doctors). Almost 2 decades later & no surgery, she vowed to assist to educate others to have their best health & wellness to become self advocates for them and their families.

Michelle is a Certified CranioSacral Therapist, Trauma Informed, who uses visceral manipulation, advanced orhtopedic bodywork, lymphatic drainage and other modalities as needed during each session. She is a Certified Teaching Assistant at Upledger Institute, Clinical Elite Brain Health Coach with Amen Clinic, Certified Longevity Specialist (prevention of alzheimers), Qigong Certified, Advanced Restorative Yoga Specialist, Meditation Specialist and Master Personal Trainer to round out your options to create the perfect self care plan for your wellness journey for long term success.
