Pre/Postnatal Bodywork
Pre/Postnatal Bodywork is a customized session designed to meet the unique needs of pregnancy and the early postpartum period. Sessions are performed in a comfortable side-lying position with additional bolstering to ensure safety & support.
Infant Bodywork
Infant Bodywork is a baby-led session that incorporates gentle, supportive touch, including fascial techniques, massage, and craniosacral work. Sessions are designed for infants ages 0–12 months. Up to two caregivers are welcome to be present
