I am the founder of Barefoot Eight Bodywork & Botanicals.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Louisiana. I received my education from the Louisiana Institute of Massage Therapy in Lake Charles, LA.
I absolutely love what I do!

It’s brings me so much joy to be able to help people however I am able. Whether you are just looking for a way to relax and get in some self-care or whether you’re looking for support in your healing or wellness journey - my aim is to meet you where you are and help you achieve whatever YOUR specific goal may be.
