120 min Massage and Stretch
75 minute massage followed by a 45 minute stretch. Stretching portion will be done clothed and will include MET and PNF stretching.
90 min Massage and Stretch
60 minute massage followed by a 30 minute stretch. The stretching portion will be done clothed and will include targeted MET and PNF stretching.
20 Minute Stretch
20 minute upper or lower body stretch. MET and/or PNF stretching will be done clothed (Please wear moveable comfortable clothing if possible).
45 min Stretch
40 minute stretch. MET and/or PNF stretching will be done clothed (Please try to wear movable and comfortable clothing if possible).
