Full body session with a goal to rest the body and relax the mind. Organic jojoba oil used with light/medium pressure.
Recover
This approach to bodywork is anatomy specific for chronic pain. Session begins with anatomy specific work, followed by full body massage. 90-minute session is suggested for this type of appointment. This is not a full body deep tissue massage
Prenatal Massage
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed cushion allows you to lay-face down, used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Side-lying position available as well.
