There are many options to choose from including a Recover package, ( if your busy and don't have an hour, this is a great way to relive nagging pain) which is great for those who work out daily and may feel tightness or soreness in specific muscle or muscle groups, it includes 10 mins hands on work, 5 mins Cryotherapy and 15 Red light therapy.

CryoSlimming (Body Sculpting) is a localized slimming treatment which reduces inches and addresses stubborn areas that don't show results with diet and exercise alone. Many clients see visible results after just one treatment!

Experience the stillness Craniosacral therapy (CST) a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity. Cranio is also wonderful for reducing Migraine headache, TMJ symptons, Chronic Fatigue, Chronic neck and back pain among many other conditions.

I also offer Theraputic Massage , which includes swedish, deep tissue, and cupping, I have also taken courses in visceral manipulation, and Sacaroilliac joint dysfunction.

I also offer Red Light Therapy. Red light incredibly versatile and may be used to treat pain stemming from muscles, connective tissues, trigger points, nerves, lymph nodes, and more.
