I’m an equine massage therapist who has stepped into human massage with the same passion and intention I’ve shared with horses for years.

Working with horses taught me how powerful it is to create true safety in the body—how healing happens when the nervous system can finally exhale. I bring that same awareness, presence, and respect into my work with people.

My goal is to create a space where you can genuinely relax—body, mind, and soul. A space where you don’t have to hold it all together, and your body is invited to let go.

I offer a variety of techniques, including deep tissue work with myofascial release, as well as general wellness massage using Swedish techniques. Each session is tailored to what your body needs that day, with thoughtful, intentional touch throughout.

You’ll leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and refreshed—with a renewed sense of ease and a fresh vibe to take on the world.
