My natural interest in body mechanics and physiology attracted me to massage therapy, and just as important, a love for helping people. I knew massage therapy was my calling when I discovered that not only do I get to help people through touch, but the process also involves my clients participation. It truly is a team effort. A give and take. A collaboration for the wellbeing of all involved.

I graduated from Sage School of Massage & Esthetics in Bend, Oregon and added additional studies focused on assessment, treatment plans, and deep tissue to provide the best approach possible. I furthered my skills with cupping certifications and I enjoy learning new modalities to expand my services offerings.

When I'm not working with my clients I enjoy hiking, traveling, dancing, seeing live music, and spending time with my friends. I'm a former Park Ranger with the National Park Service, so I enjoy all the outdoor activities that nature has to offer.
