I began my career in massage therapy in 2018 because I wanted a profession that was health-focused, physical, and engaging—I knew sitting behind a desk every day wasn’t for me. Massage gave me the chance to refocus on my future and pursue meaningful, fulfilling work.

For me, working on a body is like having a conversation—the only way to do it well is to listen, and listen well. This philosophy allows me to approach massage with therapeutic problem-solving while creating a relaxing environment where people can truly unwind.

I tend to get the best results by focusing on the hips, abdomen/viscera, and diaphragm/ribs, while reminding the body of the three-dimensional relationship between its front and back. Just because your back hurts doesn’t mean your back needs all the attention!

Prenatal massage holds a special place in my practice because pregnant women deserve real care that responds to their needs. Many of my pregnant clients have shared their frustration about being treated like “dainty flowers” when what they really wanted was firm, effective pressure. I believe pregnant women know their bodies best, and it’s my priority to honor that, ensuring they feel truly heard and cared for. This client-first approach has led to many referrals from pregnant clients recommending me to their friends.

I don’t consider myself a healer. Instead, I see massage as a job to do and to do well. I take pride in continually improving my bodywork and setting an example of health and wellness—without letting perfection become the enemy of progress.

Feedback from my clients has been overwhelmingly positive. During my time in the spa industry, I received the highest number of 5-star reviews, and despite working within the limitations of that setting, I’ve been told numerous times that my massages are “the most healing” they’ve experienced.

Health and healing don’t need to be a grueling process or a lofty spiritual journey—they’re simply about taking care of ourselves in ways that get real results and align with our individual goals. My aim is to create a comfortable, enjoyable space where your body and mind feel truly at ease.
