Jennifer, known as Lobsang Dawa in the Los Angeles Buddhist community, is a dedicated wellness practitioner, sound therapist, and yoga instructor committed to guiding others toward balance, healing, and self-discovery. Her given Buddhist name, which translates to "Moon of the Kindhearted," reflects the compassionate, nurturing approach she brings to her holistic wellness practice.

From an early age, Jennifer was immersed in the world of sound and vibration. Growing up in a highly musical family, she began playing the piano at just six years old, laying the foundation for a deep lifelong connection to music. Her passion expanded as she studied both piano and voice under a variety of skilled teachers. Throughout her school years, Jennifer participated in select choirs and took music theory courses that broadened her understanding of sound and rhythm. Although she initially pursued a college degree in Music, her dedication to serving others led her to shift her major to Education, all while maintaining her minor in Music. This blend of creative expression and a commitment to nurturing growth has remained a guiding force in her life and work.

Jennifer's career began as an elementary school teacher, where she discovered the transformative power of music as a learning tool. By directing classroom performances and integrating rhythmic exercises into her lessons, she created an environment that was both educational and emotionally enriching. Her journey took a transformative turn when she encountered yoga during a challenging period of personal health struggles. Experiencing the healing benefits of yoga firsthand, Jennifer obtained multiple yoga certifications and began teaching both within and outside of the school system. Jennifer holds six certifications, including Adult Curative Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yoga Educator, Teen Yoga, Children's Yoga, and Yoga Educator for the Autistic Spectrum. Her approach weaves mindfulness, meditation, breath work, and Chakra alignment with physical movement to promote well-being on all levels- physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.

Deepening her spiritual path, Jennifer began exploring emotional release through sound and vibration. She discovered that playing the piano during deep meditative states could open pathways for emotional healing and spark moments of higher consciousness. This journey led her to compose spiritual music guided by intuition, melding creativity with spiritual insight. Later, Jennifer embraced the healing potential of Therapy Harps. By coupling her calming, celestial voice with the resonant vibrations of harp stings, she creates sessions that support profound emotional and energetic shifts. In her private and small group sessions, she often plays the Therapy Harp directly on clients as she sings, allowing the healing frequencies permeate deeply, reaching every cell in the body. Many clients have described having visions of angels or divine beings and energies, and experience a deep sense of peace, love, joy, and healing.

Expanding her holistic offerings, Jennifer integrates sound therapy with traditional yoga practices. She artfully combines Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils, Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, A South American Rain Stick, Koshi Chimes, and a Native Drum with her Therapy Harps and gentle vocal toning. Each session is thoughtfully designed to clear energetic blockages, restore balance, and induce a state of deep relaxation and alignment. Where during one-on-one sessions or in group settings, her work promotes clarity, emotional release, and a return to inner harmony.

Before moving to Sedona, Arizona, Jennifer shared her expertise across Southern California, presenting on topics such as Yoga, Health, and Self-Care. Her work as a Yoga Coach and Mentor through a research grant at California State University, Channel Islands further solidified her role as an educator and advocate for wellness. Now based in Sedona, she continues to expand her reach by leading transformational retreats, workshops, and private healing sessions that empower individuals to reconnect with their inner selves. Through her fusion of yogic wisdom, vibrational therapy, and holistic wellness, Jennifer inspires each participant to overcome daily stresses, realign their energy, and embrace a life filled with love, joy, peace and balance.
