Chakra work is designed to align the energy points of the body via an energy intent-based approach which requires no physical touch or dressing down.
Reiki Session.
This is an energy work session and is typically 30 min in duration. This is a lay-of-hands technique that requires NO undressing or changing of clothing of any sort. The client lays flat on the table face up, to receive the work.
