This service can also be used to upgrade from a 60-minute session to a 90-minute session at the time of your appointment if the time slot is available.
60-MINUTE THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE (SEE OPTIONAL UPGRADES WHEN SELECTING SERVICE)
Therapeutic Massage (with heat and/or cold packs and/or percussion as needed) and focused muscle relaxing techniques to reduce pain, restore range of motion, release fascial adhesion, and restore the balance between opposing muscle groups.
90-MINUTE THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE (SEE OPTIONAL UPGRADES WHEN SELECTING SERVICE)

60-MINUTE PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially designed cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
