I was attracted to Massage Therapy when I was a CNA working in a nursing home/hospice I took notice that a lot of the residents had bed sores and swelling in their limbs. I read up on the benefits of massage therapy and asked a few of the residents if they'd allow me to give it a try for a few days on them and IT WORKED!!! The discoloration was disappearing and the swelling was going down. They were getting some relief and I loved it! I had to know more.

So I decided back in 2014 I'd attend college at Southeastern Inst. to be able to give them more where I learned the basics and graduated in 2015. Since then I have been mentored and trained by some of the top therapists out here. I specialize in Deep Tissue and Clinical Neuromuscular Therapy but a also am skilled at Swedish, Pregnancy Prenatal,Geriatric Elderly, Sports massage, chair seated massage, raindrop technique, aromatherapy and sugar scrubs.

I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From sports injuries and rehab to active stretching, I can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again.
