this spacious session allows you to unwind & drift into tranquility in deep conversation with your body. with the extra time I can offer Reiki, reflexology for the feet & hands, or focused work in more areas of the body.
Prenatal Massage
Invite deep relaxation into your pregnancy journey. I work with expecting mothers through all trimesters of pregnancy supporting the body in comfortable positions and using techniques that are safe for mama and baby.
MLD practice session
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
