Her journey began as She took on the role of lead therapist at a renowned holistic wellness center, where she integrated her knowledge with holistic practices to offer comprehensive care. Heidi then took on the role of lymphatic drainage specialist at a medical center, where she integrated her medical knowledge as she applied her expertise in lymphatic drainage and Swedish massage to aid patients recovering from surgeries, managing lipedema, and improving circulation. This experience not only deepened her understanding of the human body but also underscored her commitment to holistic health within the clinical setting.

Heidi’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish her own practice, where she continues to provide personalized therapeutic service by combining her knowledge of lymphatic drainage and Swedish massage which She likes to call “Lymph-ssage”.
