Pain and movement limitations can keep you from being your best or reaching your full potential... that's where we come in! Here at Move with Purpose, we combine various techniques such as: deep tissue (neuromuscular & myofascial release), cupping, scraping, and Active Release Technique in order to decrease pain and improve mobility. We believe regular bodywork can be a powerful tool to help regulate the nervous system in order to achieve true relaxation and relief. Our hope is that you leave your session feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to show up for whatever life requires of you with increased motivation and intentionality.

Things to note:

When booking, please fill out the intake form thoroughly.

For best practice, prenatal clients must be out of their 1st trimester prior to their appointment. Clients involved in a motor vehicle accident cannot be seen within 72 hours of the incident.

We are located inside Phenix Salon Suites.

Inappropriate behavior (such as, but not limited to: jesters, touching/attempting to touch the massage therapist), comments, and/or solicitations will result in immediate termination of the session.
