30 Minute Massage
A 30 minute session will be customized to your body's needs by selecting 1-2 specific focus areas.
1 Hour Massage
A 1 hour session will allow for a full body massage, stretching, focus work or a combination of 2 of those items for a most relaxing option!
90 Minute Massage
A 90 minute massage is the most customizable option! Allows for many variations of full body massage, stretching, focus work, etc. We will be able to give your body the treatment it needs!
Prenatal Massage
Since a lot of ladies have asked about prenatal massage, I am listing this separately. You will be side lying and/or face up for this session. When you book, please note how many weeks you will be at the time of the appointment.
30 Min Stretch
Assisted or facilitated stretching will give you much more range of motion (ROM), allow for loosening of areas such as the hips when they feel locked up, and just an overall less feeling of being so stiff. There will be some light massage in
1 Hr Massage with Face/Scalp Massage
1 hour massage with additional 30 mins spent massaging the face and scalp. A luxurious FarmHouse Fresh brand sugar scrub, mask, and moisturizer as well as hot towels will be used on the face. Please come in with little to no makeup for this
