With my unique blend of experience with Personal Training and Martial Arts instructor I offer a deep understanding of the body as a whole, mechanically and functionally, which allows me to pin point where your pain and discomfort is coming from, instead of just symptom management.

I "teach you to fish" rather than "catching the fish for you", as the old saying goes. I'll give you an understanding of your own body and send you home with stretches and workouts to help prevent your issue from worsening or coming back.

My journey into body work started back in '98 when my parents enrolled me into Karate while I was homeschooled during 6th, 7th and 8th grade. At the time the karate instructor was a personal trainer and his wife was a massage therapist. At that time I wasn't aware, but both of them poured their professional wisdom into us students that would later act as a type of scaffolding and structure for my future interest into health and wellness. in '09 I began my journey with personal training at the YMCA (where I would meet my wife and eventually marry) and soon after opened up my own karate school. I then joined River City School of Massage in July of '20 and completed the program in early February in '21. In all the craziness that 2020 held for many of us, I felt pretty proud to declare that it was my most successful and ground breaking year yet. And that brings us here.

I specialize in Medical and Sport Massage which are deep tissue, cupping, stretching, scraping and taping modalities. My journey has just begun but I feel VERY confident in the work I offer, but am also wise enough to know that I have much more to learn.
