First time visit
The initial visit will be spent getting to know you and your concerns, followed up with a fifty minute Myopractic session. This treatment will be total body, and will include thrust joint manipulation, and a combination of tissue modalities.
Hourly Myopractic session
Fifty five minute Myopractic session. First part of the session will be dedicated to thrust joint manipulation, and conclude with a variety of tissue treatments.
45 minute Myopractic session
45 minute Myopractic body work. A shortened session that focuses on thrust joint manipulation. If you are looking to include more tissue work then please select the hourly Myopractic session, or the hourly stretch session.
Myopractic Quick Tune UP
If you only have a time for a quick tune up then this 30 minute Myopractic service is your option.
Stetching
Various stretches like PNF, concentric-eccentric movements, and muscle energy techniques, to lengthen and relax your muscles.
