Medical Massage is a goal specific form of massage, allowing for each session to be adapted to your personal goals. Some of the benefits of medical massage include an increased range of motion, a decrease in pain, the normalization of the tissue, and the re-training of the tissues to create a lasting restored response. In addition, medical massage can also be a very relaxing experience.

Myofasical release if a form of bodywork involving the release of fascia, and therefore the release of tension and restrictions through the body.

In addition to medical massage and Myofasical release, I also practice Gua Sha and cupping.
