Initial Biofeedback Session
This 90 minute session starts with a 20 minute consultation, then includes a 50 minute biofeedback session and finishes with a follow up on your areas of stress and ways to manage it.
Biofeedback sessions
The 60 minute biofeedback session includes 50 minutes of biofeedback along with 10 minutes wrap up. We are able to focus on targeted areas of stress and work to restore balance. Additional time spent will be charged at $1/minute.
Infrared Sauna
Detoxify, relax and increase your blood circulation with an infrared sauna session. During the session we provide you with a towel and water.
