When I work on my clients my main focus is on relieving pain and discomfort, encouraging rest, and decreasing anxiety. I have a special interest in each individual and provide a quality massage, not a cookie cutter routine. Each individual person I massage is different, therefore I tailor my massage routine to meet your needs. To accomplish this I take continuing education classes in different massage modalities, such as Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, MFR, and use Young Living pure essential oils.
