I have been a massage therapist since 2015. I am originally from Northern Virginia. My family relocated to York, PA. in 2018. I'm excited to be a part of this community and I look forward to helping you with with your well being goals! Each massage is customized for you whether you just want to relax and get away from the world or if you need more general work to assist in the healing process.

I can't say enough great things about Jamie. I had never had a professional massage before and right away on my first time seeing her she made me feel at ease. Her studio was inviting and soft feeling I felt relaxed the entire time I was there. She was great at explaining the process and what to expect Upon leaving I could feel a huge difference in my posture. I would highly recommend Jamie and will be a continued client of hers!
