Welcome. I am Shannon Preuss, owner of Transitions Holistic Healing. I am a Connecticut licensed massage therapist, licensed esthetician and reiki practitioner. I use different modalities of bodywork that I customize to my client’s needs. I specialize in migraine/tension headaches due to TMJ pain and help calm anxiety due to everyday stress. In my skincare practice I use natural vegan cruelty free products called Green Envee.I am a 2005 graduate of Galen Institute of Massage Therapy. A 2015 graduate of Branford Academy of Cosmetology esthetics program and have been a reiki practitioner since 1998.
