The combination of the rooms setup and background music prior to the start of the massage, sets up a good vibe that kick starts the relaxation. Sabrina works with any current issues and past issues and applies just the right amount of pressure that helps relieve the muscle tension and still allows the body to relax, properly. The massage produced a very "meditative" state that felt as if I was sleeping and still very aware of my surroundings. The most relaxed I have felt in a long time.

The place is so lovely and relaxing and has beautiful music. The hot towels at the end were a wonderful unexpected surprise. As this is my first time with Sabrina, I’m sure there may be some need to get to know where my problem areas are and how much pressure to use. While this was relaxing, I would like more attention to trigger point areas. She must have gotten them pretty well, because I was able to have a chiropractic adjustment right afterward and he was able to adjust easily.

I let Sabrina know where my area of pain and discomfort was. She intuitively found other areas of tightness that I was not aware of, but were directly connected to my original source of muscle pain. The massage table warmer was a nice touch! I also enjoyed the hot-moist towel on my back at the end of the massage. I definitely would recommend anyone with sore-aching muscles to get a massage from Sabrina!
