About Us
This practice focuses mostly on Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage therapy, similar to deep tissue and can be soothing with a flow like swedish massage. This ensures the client will be able to relax and unwind enough to allow their body to respond to the deep tissue massage work. Clients can expect at least a 50% increase in mobility and reduction of muscle tension in the initial session.
Services: I now offer mainly Ashiatsu Barefoot massage, utilizing my feet as massage tools. I also at times will use my hands when I feel it may suit an aspect of the massage and have a positive impact!
I tend to massage on the deeper side, as I cannot see anyone walk out of the massage room dissatisfied. I am here to help with your tension and muscle knots! :) The massage can be targeted, or more full body!

Sarah is very good with her feet and hands!! She is very atuned to your needs and adapts her technique to what you need. She is always checking in with how you are feeling with the massage. I have never had a massage with someone's feet before and it was very good and she can put more pressure on this way than with just her hands. I would definintely recommend the experience.
