Bonnie Rich has been a massage therapist since 1999.
Her practice is 99% female-based. Her wish is to create a completely safe space for all women (trans women inclusive) to just BE.

*pregnancy massage-Bonnie has been certified in prenatal massage since 2002 and offers a custom made massage table. This has cut outs for the breasts and belly so women can lay on their bellies and be completely supported. There are only 2 or 3 of these tables in all of Central Florida and you can find one at Massage or Knot.
*Reiki-Bonnie is a Reiki Master and has been a practitioner of this gentle energy work since 1999.

Bonnie is amazing at her craft! Her calming energy and magical techniques soothes you into relaxation. She finds problem areas you didn't realize you had and really works to take care of them in order to ease any sort of discomfort or pain. She's the most professional massage therapist I've had the pleasure of working with and I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. My best advice is that once she knows your background and struggles as to why you came to her for any sort of therapy, just trust her and let her do her thing - you won't be disappointed. The only thing that will disappoint is that your massage time can't last for six hours straight - because trust me, you will wish it did!

I'm writing this review as a 7 month pregnant female, and Bonnie was exactly what I needed. Bonnie was recommended to me by my Doula who was once a massage therapist, so I knew Bonnie must be amazing to get her seal of approval.
She has a table meant for pregnant women to lay on their bellies, which at this point in my pregnancy, was a gift from the Gods. Mix it in with Bonnie's strong hands and focus to make the whole process as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, and you couldn't ask for a better prenatal massage.

Whenever I receive a massage from Bonnie, I always walk away feeling like I’m walking on air. My body feels so relaxed. At the beginning, Bonnie always asks about any pain or discomforts I’m feeling & she meticulously works to assist with them.

The idea of exposing myself and getting a massage has always left me with a slight feeling of discomfort. I didn't get that with Bonnie. I could tell by the way you traced each muscle to release the tension that you were highly skilled and knowledgeable.
