Anna is Licensed in North Carolina by the Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy. Over the years, Anna has harnessed her skills working with clients, helping them with rehabilitation and pain management to easing the effects of stress on their bodies and minds. She uses a variety of massage techniques to customize the best treatment for the clients aliments. Her love of helping people and wanting everyone to live their best life is why she has chosen Massage Therapy as her profession.

The best massages ever. Anna thoroughly works every muscle, ligament, and joint. She's given me relief of every pain that I've had issues with. From lower back and shoulder pain, stiff neck, and pain in fingers. She also helps with my stress and muscle tension from work and exercise. Anna can give you more relief from pain than a pain pill can. It's amazing.

Very few times have I felt compelled to leave a review but I feel that my experience needs to be shared in the hopes that others can benefit from Anna. I was connected with Anna after completing a 100 mile ultramarathon then completing a 32 mile ultramarathon 2-weeks after that. I am telling you about the races to fill you in on the shape my body was in when I got to Anna. Needless to say, my legs and back felt fatigued, extremely tight, painful and downright destroyed....I had a hard time comfortably moving around. After an hour with Anna ( I certainly wish I had more time in my schedule to spend), I felt immediate relief! She pin-pointed all of my problem-areas, went to work and neutralized the tension and pain that I was experiencing along with correcting other problem-areas that I had and did not even know about.
I honestly could go on and on but to summarize....save yourself the trouble of researching and check Anna out for yourself. I promise that you will not be disappointed! I guarantee that I will be a regular customer!

Anna has treated me for some back and hip problems that resulted from a hip replacement surgery. She is very knowledgeable and professional, and has helped improve my mobility by loosening my hip. Also, Anna has given me some suggestions for physical therapy to help strengthen the areas that will help reduce my hip and back pain. Her office is very peaceful and conducive to relaxation, and her warm personality always makes it a pleasure to talk to her.
