Ashley is a retired international professional equestrian rider who ran one of the largest equestrian centers in the Northwest located in Montana. Being homesick for the South she moved back and decided to pursue a career in helping others. Seeing the difference the holistic approach made in both the horses she competed on and herself along with having a natural talent in the arts of healing others she enhanced her healing energy abilities. She turned her already certifications in Reiki in becoming a Master Reiki Practitioner in multiple types. To continue her goal in helping others she went back to school to become a Massage Therapist. She cares greatly about each person she works on and hopes to heal along with prevent future pain. Before leaving school she went through an additional 12 week course to receive her certification in Neuromuscular Therapy which has given her the knowledge and skills to treat Trigger Points properly and effectively. She dedicates her spare time in learning more techniques and information to educate herself to be able to help more people; almost all her certifications are focused towards the corrective and preventive care of individuals. Ashley incorporates all the different type of modalities and techniques she has learned developing an unique healing style. The main sources to her style include but not limited to Lomi Lomi, Swedish, variety of Myofascial modalities, Lymphatic Manual Release, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology, and is certified to use an array of professional tools such as Hot and Cold Stones, Hot Bamboo, Cupping, and Gua Sha tools. Ashley recently received her certification in Cellulite Treatment and reduction which she is planning on offering. She is a certified to perform Energy Reset Transfer sessions and is a Spiritual Life Coach. She is working towards becoming a shaman too. Ashley offers sessions in massage therapy that can be personalized for each individual, reiki, and spiritual life coaching. Her new business is called Rising Phoenix Massage and Natural Healing and where you can sign up to enjoy your beneficial session which any Breathing Room staff and members will enjoy a 10% discount off of any session.
