I'm sorry you seem to dislike the software's review format. The water cooler is located at the front desk, I'm sorry you didn't ask when you realized you'd like more water so we could direct you to it for all the refills you'd like.

Thanks for your review! Our lighting can be customized. The fading in and out is set for the norm, as it is found to be the most relaxing. If it lessened your ability to relax, we apologize and encourage all of our clients to ask for changes in temperature, aromatherapy or any of our settings...we want to make each experience the best for each person!
Rob, You purchased 2 individual massages at a great discount via Groupon. We allowed an upgrade to a couples massage. We did not charge for your initial appointment cancellation even though it was less than 24 hours notice. When you arrived more than 10 minutes late for your appointment our therapists were waiting and accommodated your appointment. No one was in the waiting room after your appointment because we schedule 30 minutes between massages to reset rooms.
Kim, Included in your service is for our licensed therapist to conduct a detailed review of your health history and to gain an understanding of your massage experience, as well as your goals for the day’s massage. Next you are given 3-5 minutes to disrobe, use the restroom and get comfortable on the table. A 10 minute consultation/discussion/changing time and a 50 minute hands on treatment is industry standard. We apologize if you did not realize this ahead of time.
