The “applied kinesiology” and the redox gel have no basis in science. Her hands were strong and the massage was great, but I came for a massage, not for false science. She talked (mostly about herself) throughout the entire massage, which makes it hard to relax. Will be seeing someone else next time.

The sauna was excellent. I think perhaps, the new client special, should focus more on massage than say, the foot mask, that took time away from massage. That’s just my personal opinion. I think the add one could be better experienced at say, a second service.

Rachelle is super nice, knowledgeable, and takes the time to ensure you are very comfortable. Her skills far exceed those of others who I have got deep tissue back massages from. I will be going back.

I felt like I barely got massaged. I was probably only massaged for about 5 minutes of the 30 I scheduled. The rest of the time was just rubbing lotion of some kind on my back. She talked the whole time about a product she sells which I totally understand her wanting to bring it up but she spent the whole time talking about it. She also did some sort of a test after to ‘test my liver and gall bladder’ which was supposed to support my need for the product. I still don’t really understand what the point of that was other than to sell this product to me and I would have rather had more massage. I also specifically asked for upper back and neck and my neck was hardly touched. The scalp massage was also a waste because it was basically just light touching my head.
