As a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), I’m dedicated to educating others about the importance of therapeutic touch and the role it plays in our physical, mental and emotional well-being.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll find me outdoors hiking, gardening, cooking, running, or biking—or nurturing my curiosity through learning, my spirit through the Word, and my heart through simple acts of kindness.
