About Us
I am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and grew up in Dayton, OH. I have always had a love of health and sports and was active in competitive cheerleading and track. My massage therapy education was received from Centura College in Chesapeake, VA in 2009, and massage license from the Ohio Medical Board in January 2010. I am also a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals organization.
Prior to becoming a massage therapist, I completed my Bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2006 in Health Promotion and Education. I continued my education receiving a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Walden University. My focus is dedicated to improving the health of others through massage and education.

This girl is my lifesaver! I see Adrienne every other week for a deep tissue therapeutic massage. Without her skills I wouldn't be able to do my own job. I refer everyone to her and have only had great reviews from them as well. You must know too she is an instructor (I have also got great reviews from some of the students she's had) so she's always sharpening her own skillset! To top off all of her greatness she is reasonably priced!!

I have been seeing Adrianne for years and wouldn’t think of going to another Therapist. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain and always leave feeling relieved! She is always professional and makes sure you comfortable and getting what you need out of the massage.
I normally get a neuro-muscular massage but I’ve also tried the Cupping and Bamboo massages which are WONDERFUL! Most recently I had a CBD oil massage. IT WAS AMAZING!!!. It took relaxation to another level. I was more relaxed and my muscles were more relaxed (which helps with the pain that can sometimes come with a massage). It is kind of hard to put it into words but I would highly recommend it.
Overall great experience every time.
