Massage Therapy has always been an important part of my life.  


From early in my childhood, my family understood the power of change through simply massaging each other.  Sometimes because we were sore or had aches and pains, other times it was simply for the power of human touch.  Nevertheless, it was something we often shared with others to be a positive impact on their health and wellness.

Fast forward to 2003, I enrolled in an Intro to Massage Therapy course at Sister Rosalind Gefre's School of Massage in West St. Paul.  Form there, I entered the full 800-hour Professional Massage Therapy program and graduated in 2007.

My journey has taken me through 2 Chiropractic offices and a Salon/Spa to where I am today: practicing Professional Massage Therapy on my own in a simple and fresh space that I share with other Professional Massage Therapists.  

My PHILOSOPHY: I believe the human body was created with the natural ability to heal itself.  As such, it is my endeavor to use the skills, tools, and knowledge that I have been given, to help facilitate that natural healing process.

My PURPOSE: To be a positive impact on the health and wellness of those whom I treat through Professional Massage Therapy.

Missy is absolutely fantastic. Listens to what your problem spots are and concentrates on those areas. Adjusts pressure as needed if you request lighter or harder pressure.
