Movement is essential in life. Bodywork can be an important part of your recovery process.

I started my massage practice to help people feel and move their best. I have been working as a massage therapist for over 16 years. My primary style of bodywork has consisted of sports massage, deep tissue, injury rehabilitation and injury prevention. I am SportStretch® certified. I incorporate cupping, heat, ice, and kinesiology taping to provide the best treatment work for each client. I love working on trouble areas to help someone perform to their greatest potential.

All around fantastic. Lottie was thorough in asking and understanding my concerns at the beginning of the appointment. One of my big issues was a tight hip, which I wanted to get worked out before a marathon I have in a couple of weeks. Oh man, did it help! At the end of the appointment Lottie also gave me some other suggestions for ways to help my body through the demands of endurance running. I will definitely be going back.

I usually get deep tissue massages and Lottie does a great job. The massage was deep and relaxing at the same time. I would recommend the longer 90 min one with aroma therapy deep tissue.

My massage therapist (Lottie) has been consistent, skilled, and wonderful from session to session. Her hands are naturally warm, which adds a great touch (sorry about the pun) to the experience with her. She is great to talk to, and she is a 'good listener' and considers my needs for the session, to relieve my issues. Aromatherapy (breathe) and CBD oils for your pain-points recommended. I always want to sleep at her studio. :-)
