Swedish (light pressure relaxation massage)

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses light to gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Hot Himilayan Salt Stone Massage

Hot himilayan salt stones are incorporated into the massage. The stones contain up to 86 minerals and compounds. Salt from the stones detox and relieve inflammation from the body. The stones also gently exfoliate/soften the skin and loosen joints. On a spiritual level these stones have a very healing positive energy.

Prenatal massage (light to medium pressure only)

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed pillows, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Anna's Bodywork only uses light pressure for prenatal massage. If you are in your first trimester I may require a doctor's note.

"Hello, my name is Anna Zimmerli. I have lived in Colorado since 1993 and grew up in Arvada. My husband and I enjoy playing music together and hiking. We do not have children yet but we love our fur babies dearly. I graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy and have been a licensed massage therapist here in Colorado since 2010.
I have over six years of experience with deep tissue, trigger point therapy and injury massage. I have worked on athletes, car accident victims, post surgical clients and people with conditions/ diseases like fibromyalgia and MS. With the knowledge I gained from working with doctors, chiropractors and acupuncturists, I have opened my own massage studio in Westminster. I mostly am a deep tissue/injury therapist but I can give a very relaxing and therapeutic massage as well. I combine alot of different massage techniques into my sessions. She did exactly what I asked- helped with stressed shoulders and neck and then completely relaxing the rest of the time. The atmosphere was wonderful and comfortable.
