Hello Lia, I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the treatment I provided. The amount of pressure I put on your neck is the most that should be applied due to danger areas. Concerning your back I apologize that the pressure was too much I wish you had told me so I could have adjusted it to your needs. I noticed you scheduled another session with me in a couple of weeks but I have gladly refunded that to your card and canceled it for you. I wish you the best.
