Alison took time before the (amazing) massage to assess my needs/expectations. She found every ’spot’ that needed love and was completely thorough. Afterward, Alison went over what she had found in terms of my tight spots and offered at-home stretches that I could do to help. My new year’s resolution? Self care every 3 weeks with Alison!!!

Alison is great at targeting problem areas and giving tips on how to improve overall mobility and comfort. Before each session she asks about any recent discomfort to focus on of will target areas in need as she goes. Her space is very comfortable and relaxing.

Allison is always amazing. After multiple car accidents and a high stress job I show up it knots. Allison is amazing at finding your problem areas and working them out so you leave feeling amazingly relaxed without the tension you arrived with. Massage day is the day I most look forward to each month. Treat yourself! Allison is well worth the drive...40 mins each way for me!
