Paula attended Dovestar Institute, graduated in 1999. Specializes in Integrated bodywork, prenatal, hot stone, craniosacral and cupping. Has also been a Reiki practitioner since 1997. She's been in the spa industry for many years, and also provides corporate chair massage.

I have had many massages at many different places. This one did not disappoint. She was attentive to my needs and gave me great feedback about problem areas. I guess my only complaint was that I did not know that she would be wearing gloves during the massage and it did take me a bit to get used to the sound and texture of them. Not all the therapists at this location wear gloves, so I think telling customers ahead of time which therapists wear gloves would be helpful.

I have been a regular of Paula's for quite some time now. Paula gives a great massage and uses hot stones and cupping as needed which is great. You can't go wrong with her- she is skilled, knowledgeable and has many years of experience. I always feel so much better afterwards.

Had a good session with Paula. Very personable and enjoyed the time. Paula is not a "Deep Tissue" therapist and while I enjoyed the visit, I usually need slightly more aggressive work.
