About Us

Massage therapy does more than make you feel good, it can actually help your body achieve balance and health. Massage therapy offers a natural treatment approach which actually relieves pain for many patients. We provided specific massage and muscular therapy that the massage therapist tailor to meet the patient's unique pain condition or injury. The benefits of massage therapy may include the increase of blood circulation, a localized reduction in swelling and the relaxation of muscles. Massage has been known to relieve muscle pain and spasms, increase a patient's range of motion, while also aiding in a patient's recovery. Some investigative studies have even indicated that a single session of massage may help boost your immune system!

The rooms are lovely and feel like a spa. It helps shift you into a relaxing mood. Great location not far off I 205- easy to find.

Great place. Quite, clean, lovely amenties and peaceful.
Lovely little space. I loved the lighting and the table was comfortable. I would have preferred better ventilation such as a fan, open window or air purifier for increased COVID precaution. I was a little alarmed to see two staff in the building main area without masks on.

This was by far the very best massage I have ever received. All of my issues were addressed and dealt with in the highest regard. I highly recommend Kendel !!!

In the Japenese language “Ashi” translates to foot and “Atsu” into pressure. Ashiatsu Therapy, is a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. Working with gravity instead of against it, our Ashiatsu therapist are able to provide an effective therapeutic massage without causing pain or discomfort to themselves or the receiving client.

I enjoyed meeting her and had fun chatting. You could tell that she enjoyed what she did and had experience! The only thing that gave me less then 5 stars was that by the following hour and whole rest of the day, my body felt like it was hit by a truck. While it felt amazing at the time, I wish that she had perhaps communicated how much my body may react to such a deep massage. Also, she did a great time on my bigger body parts such as legs and back, the detailed areas, that I felt need a gentler touch, such as my neck were handled with less percision then they needed. However, she did add relaxing touches such as hot towels for cleaning off coconut oil, and took the time to use heat on my body before she began. Oh, and the head massage was my favorite!

My husband get massages regularly (sometimes weekly)to maintain stress and a very heavy work load. He has seen lots of Massage therapist over the past 10+ years or so that he has been receiving massage. I made him this appointment because I have been going to Kendal and think she’s amazing. So I was very happy when my husband said “ I think that was one of the best massage I’ve ever had”. He is very clear about what he needs, and can come across in the wrong ways. He didn’t have any reason to direct things or feel like he needed to be in control. She knows exactly what muscles that need the most pressure and how to release all stress that builds up in our bodies. This is something we all desperately need to be our best at work and at home, especially now a days!!
