Massage during pregnancy can help ease postural strain, relieve sciatic pain, reduce swelling, alleviate headaches, increase energy, reduce fatigue & insomnia, and so much more! Pregnancy massage can be very beneficial and safely given to almost all women in their 1st, 2nd, & 3rd trimesters. It is always your choice of optional side-lying massage, or face-down/face-up massage (with a specialty pregnancy body cushion). Body positioning in each session is customized for every woman's optimal comfort.
