Ascended Massage is a place you can come to relax and unwind in West Chester, Pa. I offer therapeutic massage customized to each individual aimed at quieting the mind and body. I am a solo therapist practice and thus can book only one client at a time. I believe that, just like our electronics, we need to shut off and recharge sometimes. The massage table at Ascend is a great place to do just that. When you enter you can leave the stress and noise of the rest of the world behind and find your quiet place. I will work with you to determine what areas of focus you require to make your massage the best it can be to relieve your aches and pains.

I do offer the following spa add-ons to the massage that will take your experience to the next level:
*Deep Tissue/Muscle Gun: Manual massage techniques including the use of elbows, forearms, and thumbs, along with a Muscle Gun, will be used to relieve tight muscles, chronic pain and anxiety. The Muscle Gun sends direct vibrating pulses through your muscles.
*Dry Brushing: Rejuvenates, increases circulation. helps rid the skin of accumulated toxins, improves muscle tone, stimulates cell renewal, and smooths the skin.
*Hot/Wet Towels: Towels will be applied to warm the body and loosen muscles to allow for release of tension and stress without extra pressure.
