I came in with what I thought was a sore shoulder, after doing some stretches. Dr. Montoya was able to find that it was a strained latissimus dorsi, I have been going to Dr. Montoya for a while and he is good at what he does. If you have an injury and let him know where it is, he is able to workout the kinks.

Jacqueline has a pleasant welcoming demeanor. She made sure to ask me what areas of my body were of issue and focused on those first. Through out the massage she made sure I was comfortable with the pressure and heat used during the massage. She explained how the technique she was using would help me to get relief from lower back and shoulder aches I have. I would recommend to friends and family. I had a great experience at Milwaukee Reiki this past weekend. Thomas was professional and make sure I was comfortable before beginning the session. The one thing that could have made the experience better is if the room was as darker. Having two lamps on in the room throughout the massages was a bit much.

Difficult to find location, no signage available, frustrating when driving around.
Business response:
We do not have an outside sign. However, we give you very clear directions in our appointment confirmation texts and emails. We are in a very large bank building with a clearly marked address.

It was easy to book an appointment from Groupon and Jeffrey responded quickly even during the holidays to our emails. Getting to the basement of the building was a little confusing and the lighting of the building itself was dark, but once we got there, the experience was wonderful.

She got my problem areas. Gave me advice on how to treat it. Only thing I didn’t like was I could hear people outside the door but that’s manageable. Ka was thorough on her explanations and was very professional and sweet. I’d come again.
