I will take advantage of Fabia’s massage skill again. I really appreciated her honesty in admitting that she was not trained for lymphatic drainage, but that she would try to research where I might have that done.

However, there is a massage modality in which the body responds similar to chiropractic adjustments. It is called CranioSacral Therapy and it is one of my favorite techniques to incorporate into massage as needed.

Fabia. is. the best. I've had many massages before and can honestly say she's the best. She is able to read why my body is so tight in certain areas and release knots from their source. I workout (run, bike, swim, lift, ski, etc.) 6 times per week, so my focus in getting massages is to recover and release tension. Fabia asks me what I want worked on and she does exactly that. I always feel amazing afterwards, especially with the essential oils she uses.
