I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over eight years, but I have loved the theory to healing through touch for many years prior. As a young woman I experienced massage because of a personal injury and can attest to the healing powers it has. Thirty years later I still haven't had to have surgery for that injury, thanks in part to massage therapy. My interest has always been from the first day of class was healing through deeper work. I am always thinking of new ways to help a muscle relax and be in balance for better and pain free movement. I have become a firm believer that moving is key to our daily function.
