Beyond relaxation massage, I specialize in Ashiatsu, or foot pressure massage, as well as John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach (MFR). The broad and relatively deep pressure of ashiatsu encourages circulation and lymphatic movement and tames the toughest tension while the lighter touch of MFR facilitates elongation of the connective fascia to promote whole body wellness.
