About Us

Licensed Massage Therapist, Lisa Bowers owns and operates The Wellness Cottage, in Downtown Watkinsville, Ga. Lisa trained under Dr. Kim Miller, at Georgia Massage Institute, and specializes in several avenues of Bodywork. In addition to Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, she also offers her clients various Fascia techniques, Cupping Therapy, and Far Infrared Stone Mat Heat Therapy. She personally tests every technique she offers on herself to ensure her clients are getting the most beneficial therapy.
