Ultimate Hot Stone

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Couples Massage Training

This training is a unique experience for couples wishing to nurture their relationship through caring touch. Learn to give and receive massage with your partner in our safe, supportive, professional environment. Each participant receives instruction, training and approximately 45 minutes each of hands-on massage from both your partner, and from the instructor. A very special way to spend time together and invest in your relationship.

Therapeutic Massage

Cara received her certification from the Virginia School of Massage in Charlottesville, VA and has been practicing massage since 2007. She is currently working toward her Doctorate of Divinity at the University of Metaphysical Sciences in Arcata, CA. In addition, Cara has completed the Foundations in Medicinal Herbalism and Herbal Apothecary course at Green Comfort School of Herbal Medicine in Castleton, VA. She is currently in the clinic program there, working toward becoming a registered herbalist and uses herbal wisdom in her massage practice. Cara's offerings include: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone, Cold Stone for Migraines, Reiki, Chakra Clearing, Aromatherapy and Pre/Post Natal Massage.
