Twyla Everett Williams, the owner of the Level Up Fitness and Wellness Center in Waltham, is a Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist and Dance Teacher. She focuses on weight-loss and muscle-building through functional movement, injury prevention, and creating sustainable health and fitness. Twyla is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute and is their Official Educator for the New England region. As a certified Massage Therapist with a specialty in Medical Massage and Rehabilitation, she is referred by the Best Chiropractors West of Boston. I thought Twyla provided a lot of useful information at the end about my physical ailments since she's also a medical massage therapist. She seemed quite knowledgeable which was great. I know they have only been open for a couple of weeks so their ratings might have been higher a few months down the road, but currently they need to work on making the massage room more welcoming, less spare. Thought her massage skills were very good rather than good but no rating allowed for that. Maybe I will visit again when they have had time to get the environment more developed.

Twyla did an excellent job from start to finish. She checked in with me before to see what it was that I needed. She continued to check in with me as she was doing the massage to see how I was feeling. And after it was over she reconnected to tell me how I could work on my own to keep my body feeling right. Overall, in terms of the quality of the massage and the personal interaction I am very pleased with my experience.

Twyla seemed to understand the quirks of my body and my current symptoms. She was thoughtful in her approach of how to best use our time. She was very responsive to my goals. I was a bit nervous about my back, as it's been really sensitive, lately, and she really set me at ease. For a first appt, my body felt great! I'd really like to go back to her for more massages.
